I was finally able to find some toner again after not having any in Australia for a long time.
I am very disappointed with the new formula. I have been using this toner for years, and I do not find the new 'gel' texture to be at all pleasant.
It feels like my face remains sticky and I do not have the same feeling of freshness and hydration as before.
The fragrance remains nice.
